Camera Scale（以下「本アプリ」）は、Noah's Ark Sapporo LLC（以下「当社」）が提供する計測アプリです。 本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは距離を測るためにカメラと LiDAR（深度センサー）を使用します。
測定結果の画像を保存する操作を行った場合にのみ、お客様の写真ライブラリへ画像を追加します。 本アプリは追加のみの権限を要求しており、既存の写真を読み取ることはできません。 保存された画像は端末内に留まり、当社へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは位置情報を取得しません。
本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの 個人情報を当社が収集することはありません。
本アプリは Google AdMob を通じて広告を表示します。広告配信のため、Google および そのパートナーが以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

iOS の追跡許可ダイアログで「許可しない」を選択された場合、広告識別子は使用されず、 興味関心に基づかない広告が表示されます。いずれを選んでも計測機能は変わりません。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。当社が意図して13歳未満のお子様から 情報を収集することはありません。
当社は本アプリの利用者に関するデータを保持しません。広告に関するデータの保持期間は Google のポリシーに従います。
GDPR その他の法令に基づき、お客様はご自身のデータへのアクセス、訂正、削除、 処理の制限、異議申立てを行う権利を有します。当社は個人を特定できるデータを保持していないため、 広告に関するデータについては Google へ直接お問い合わせいただくか、 アプリ内の同意設定から撤回してください。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページの内容を更新し、最終更新日を改めます。

Camera Scale (the "App") is a measuring app provided by Noah's Ark Sapporo LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
The App uses the camera and LiDAR depth sensor to measure distances.
The App adds an image to your photo library only when you choose to save a measurement. It requests add-only access and cannot read your existing photos. Saved images remain on your device and are never sent to us.
The App does not collect location data.
No account is required. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. For ad delivery, Google and its partners may collect the following:

If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not used and you will see non-personalized ads. Measuring works the same either way.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We do not retain any data about users of the App. Retention of advertising data follows Google's policies.
Under the GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and object to the processing of your data. As we hold no personally identifiable data, please contact Google directly regarding advertising data, or withdraw your consent from within the app.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above.
